2006-2007

From August 5 to 9 the AHQ was featured guest artist at the Czech Horn Workshop in Nove Straseci, Czech Republic. This event included a concert at the Bertramka Villa in Prague as well.

On August 13 the AHQ performed in the Zehntscheune in Heisterbach near Bonn, Germany.

On August 14 recital in the Ballsaal of the Alten Kurhaus in Aachen, Germany.

On November 11th and 12th the AHQ performed in the Luxemburg Philharmonie as part of the Loopino Children's concert series.

From the 1st to the 6th of July the AHQ was the featured artists at the 5th Annual Hornworkshop in Lugano, switzerland. Aside from teaching the AHQ also performed the Schumann Konzertstück in Varese and Como Italy.

On August 5th to 11th the AHQ hosted its first Annual Horn Summer Camp in Daytona Beach, Florida.

2007-2008

On September 1 the AHQ participated in a memorial concert to mark the 50th anniversary of the death of Dennis Brain, in Lugano Switzerland.

On September 29th and 30th the AHQ performed the Schumann Konzertstück with the Sinfonische Blasorchester Vorarlberg in Hörbranz & Kufstein, Austria.

On October 6th the AHQ performed in the "Überlingen Kapuziner" in Überlingen Germany. On the same weekend the group coached student ensembles for a concert given at the Puppet Museum on the afternoon of the 7th.

In December the 9th AHQ CD is ready for release, Myths & Legends features works by Eric Ewazen, Kaz Machala and Kerry Turner.

2008-2009

From July 28th to August 3rd, the AHQ hosted the second annual horn camp in Daytona Beach, FL.

From August 12th-20th the AHQ was one of the guest artists Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival, held on the island of Jeju, located at the southern tip of South Korea. The group also participated as judges at the concurrently held 5th Jeju Brass Competition.

The AHQ participates in the recording Kerry Turner's CD, Karankawa, in Warsaw Poland.

The AHQ made a tour of the states from March 8 to 22, 2009. The tour strted in Mt. Vernon, Texas, and continued to Austin. Then the group flew up to New York for the New England Horn workshop in Ithaca, NY. The next stop was in Columbia, SC and then the group finished the tour in Memphis, as guest artists of the Hornworkshop there hosted by Dan Philips.

The AHQ performed in Neukirchen at the Stumm'chen Reithalle, as well as the Musikhochschule in Saarbrücken on May 10th and 11th.

The 2009 AHQ European Tour continued with the following events:

2009-2010
In December 2009, after more than 25 years of dedicated work and artistry, founding member David Johnson decides to leave the group.
Starting in January 2010, Kristina Mascher takes over David's position.

January 2010, Kerry Turner's latest CD, including Introduction & Main Event featuring the AHQ is available. Also featured on this CD is Charlie Putnam performing Turner's Concerto for Low Horn.

In February 2010 the AHQ went on tour to the USA, with concerts in Oregon and Colorado:
