2006-2007


From August 5 to 9 the AHQ was featured guest artist at the Czech Horn Workshop in Nove Straseci, Czech Republic. This event included a concert at the Bertramka Villa in Prague as well.


On August 13 the AHQ performed in the Zehntscheune in Heisterbach near Bonn, Germany.


On August 14 recital in the Ballsaal of the Alten Kurhaus in Aachen, Germany.


On November 11th and 12th the AHQ performed in the Luxemburg Philharmonie as part of the Loopino Children's concert series.

From the 1st to the 6th of July the AHQ was the featured artists at the 5th Annual Hornworkshop in Lugano, switzerland. Aside from teaching the AHQ also performed the Schumann Konzertstück in Varese and Como Italy.


On August 5th to 11th the AHQ hosted its first Annual Horn Summer Camp in Daytona Beach, Florida.






2007-2008


On September 1 the AHQ participated in a memorial concert to mark the 50th anniversary of the death of Dennis Brain, in Lugano Switzerland.


On Spetember 29th and 30th the AHQ performed the Schumann Konzertstück with the Sinfonische Blasorchester Vorarlberg in Hörbranz & Kufstein, Austria.


On October 6th the AHQ performed in the "Überlingen Kapuziner" in Überlingen Germany. On the same weekend the group coached student ensembles for a concert given at the Puppet Museum on the afternoon of the 7th.


In December the 9th AHQ CD is ready for release, Myths & Legends features works by Eric Ewazen, Kaz Machala and Kerry Turner.
